Mr. Clothier, a graduate of Temple University, has been with the Company since 1993 in a variety of financial capacities of increasing responsibility and since 2000 has been Assistant Corporate Controller. In addition to assisting in the development of the Company's financial systems and controls, Mr. Clothier has made numerous contributions to the Company's recent debt offerings and divestiture activities.
