Conveyors

Air or Plastic Chain Conveyor
These conveyors are designed for the transportation of caps from a remote feeder to the capper.

Benefits:
  • Enables all packaging materials to be located outside the production area, conforming to the latest hygiene requirements.
  • Offers easier access to load caps into feeder.
  • Can be manufactured to accommodate a range of caps in single or double (or more) chute format.
Speed
  • Up to 1500 cpm depending on cap size and feeder position.

Gravity Conveyor
Gravity conveyors are designed for the transportation of caps from the feeder or conveyor to the capper.

Benefits:
  • Gravity chute provides vertical drop from feeder or conveyor, saving floor space.
  • Can be manufactured to accommodate a range of caps in single or double (or more) chute format

  • Up to 250 cpm depending on cap size
