Crown Holdings, Inc. has published its third Sustainability Report. Titled ‘Perpetual Progress,’ the 2015 report documents Crown’s continued advancement in the economic, environmental and social dimensions of sustainability. It also underlines Crown’s broad efforts in fiscal years 2013 and 2014 to improve its sustainability footprint, resource use and emissions per standard unit, even as the Company has seen global volume growth and expanded its geographic reach.

Crown Holdings Announces Leadership Transition

Crown Holdings, Inc. today announced that John W. Conway, 70, has informed the Board of Directors of his decision to retire from his role as Chief Executive Officer, after 40 years with the Company, effective January 1, 2016. The Board has elected Timothy J. Donahue, 52 to assume the position of President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2016.

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. announced that it has reached a new multi-year labor agreement with the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail & Transportation Workers Local 450 covering the Company's beverage can manufacturing facility in Kankakee, Illinois.
