COVID-19 Protocols

We are excited to welcome Shareholders back to our Corporate Headquarters for this year’s Annual Meeting.  For the health and safety of our Shareholders and employees, we will, (i) require all visitors to provide proof that they are “fully vaccinated” as defined by the Centers for Disease Control (i.e. two weeks have passed since you received your primary series of COVID-19 vaccines) and (ii) follow all applicable health orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic in place at the time of the Annual Meeting. We encourage Shareholders who plan to attend the Annual Meeting in person to review the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Bucks County Health Department prior to attending.
