The historic ‘gan bei’ drinking ritual in China, which is the equivalent of the “Cheers!” toast in the U.S., is being modernized with Anheuser-Busch InBev's (AB InBev) launch of Budweiser in premium metal packaging featuring a full aperture end.

To offer a broader range of choices to consumers, Wisconsin craft brewery Sprecher Brewing Company is now packaging two of its most popular varieties in metal cans supplied by CROWN Beverage Packaging North America.

Crown Holdings, Inc. announced today that it will build a new beverage can plant in Sihanoukville, Cambodia to meet growing demand. Sihanoukville is on the Gulf of Thailand approximately 200 km from the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh.

CROWN Beverage Packaging North America is working with Wachusett Brewing Company to trasnsition several of its brands to metal packaging.
