PHILADELPHIA, May 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK), announced today that John W. Conway, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and Alan W. Rutherford, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will address the Bank of America 2007 Basic Industries Conference on Thursday, May 10, 2007.

The Conference will take place at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York, NY. The presentation will begin at 9:20 a.m. (EDT).
