Crown Holdings to Present at Lehman Brothers, Barclays Conferences

PHILADELPHIA, March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) announced today that Alan W. Rutherford, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will address the Barclays Capital European High Yield Conference on Thursday, April 1, 2004 and Timothy J. Donahue, Senior Vice President - Finance will address the Lehman Brothers High Yield Bond & Syndicated Loan Conference on Wednesday, March 24, 2004.

The Lehman Brothers Conference will take place at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort in Orlando, Florida. The presentation will begin at 9:15 a.m. (EST). 

A replay of the presentation will be available approximately twenty-four hours after the presentation ends and will be accessible for at least 30 days.

The Barclays Capital Conference will take place at the Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland and will not be Web cast.
