Crown Holdings to Present at Lehman Brothers, BNP Paribas Conferences

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) announced today that John W. Conway, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and Alan W. Rutherford, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will address the Lehman Brothers Industrial Select Conference in Miami Beach, Florida on Thursday, February 3, 2005 and Timothy J. Donahue, Senior Vice President-Finance will address the BNP Paribas High Yield Conference in London, England on Thursday, January 20, 2005.

The Lehman Brothers Conference will take place at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida. The presentation will begin at 8:00 a.m. (EST). A live web cast of the event will be available to the public.

A replay of the presentation will be available approximately twenty-four hours after the presentation ends and will be accessible for at least 90 days.

The BNP Conference will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London, England and will not be web cast.
