Crown Reaches New Labor Agreement With United Steelworkers

PHILADELPHIA, April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc., an affiliate of Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) (Crown) (www.crowncork.com), announced that it has reached a new multi-year labor agreement with the United Steelworkers (USW) union. The agreement, which is effective retroactively to February 23, 2015, covers 143 employees working at the Company's Alsip, IL aerosol packaging plant and its Worland, WY beverage packaging plant.
