In this third episode of our series for IWD, our EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Jerry Gifford, alongside Claudine Schelp, EVP – Global Procurement, reflect on how executives at Crown need to provide leadership toward supporting and proving diversity.  We are not formally setting gender-related targets simply for the sake of meeting a number, but we rather take every opportunity to promote gender equality as a principle and make it an integral part of our culture.  Women in Crown belong to our company because they are talented, dedicated and the best at what they do.  We are proud to have them on the team, and we aim to develop an environment that respects everyone and reinforces each employee’s unlimited potential for success.
